We work with clients anywhere in the UK both online and face to face but travel expenses may apply for face to face consultations.
An initial consultation is arranged and from there, we can assess the level of work required and roughly how long it will take.
For curtains and soft furnishings, once a decision has been made and measurements taken, then you can expect to have your beautiful new curtains, blinds and cushions within 6 weeks.
For new builds and complete homes, the process will take longer depending upon requirements and lead times for furniture retailers or bespoke makers.
You will be given an idea of timings at the initial site visit which will be realistic and will they will create our work plan and timetable.Yes. Although it is always easier to install smart technology at the build stage, it is possible to retro fit, as well as the battery operated option. Older houses need more care and properties with huge, thick stone walls need consideration, but it is possible.
Yes we deliver for free for orders over £150 anywhere in the UK, otherwise a flat fee of £5 applies for orders less than this.
